Firm Overview

Our approach is rooted in the hands-on leadership of our project managers, who lead the design process and guide the project team through each phase. We emphasize close collaboration with building owners, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a thorough understanding of the project’s goals and requirements.

With our extensive network in the Greater Toronto Area, we also have partnerships with construction contractors, interior design firms, kitchen suppliers, and building inspectors. These complementary services can be referred upon request.

With a proven track record, we have successfully obtained over hundreds building permits for residential, commercial, and industrial projects over the past five years, earning the trust of numerous repeat clients and referrals.

Our Founder

With over 20 years of engineering experience, Dr. Lau has contributed to numerous landmark projects, including the Lakefront Millennium Project and University Recreation Centers in Chicago, an international airport extension near New York City, a major skyscraper in Korea, and tall building optimization consultancy projects in China and Hong Kong. His research specializes in wind effects on buildings and structural optimization. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Canada and the United States.

After relocating to Canada, he has led structural engineering and consultancy projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area, delivering engineering solutions for building systems and construction in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. His expertise includes structural design and analysis, on-site problem solving, and the preparation of drawings and technical documentation. Blending technical excellence with practical delivery, he brings a balanced skill set in both engineering and project management.
